- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Awful place. First they say we have all the paperwork needed for a simple loan then they deny we have the correct paperwork after two trips there to get it correct. The manager who was not our teller got offended because I told our teller that she had not informed us when we called or came twice that we dis not have the correct paperwork therefore the manager begin a huge attitude rudely in front of my 7 month preg wife and my 5 year old pushing my papers out onto the floor from the window telling us to get the Fu** out of her store n that they cannot do business with us because of our attitudes...really? In front of my family? Now I will post what my wife recorded of the rude species on YouTube. Very unprofessional!!! BBB will get a complaint as well as my preg wife left crying for their continued rudeness. Lady take an anger management class or call my wife who's feelings you hurt for counseling as she has a degree in psychology.By Valentin Villareal, December 02, 2016
